Our journey began with a mission to address the need for a comprehensive device locking and management solution within our device finance company. We needed a solution that was agnostic, secure, and most importantly, worked on all Android phones, especially entry-level models transitioning from 2G to 3G. Recognizing a gap in the market, our team of experts set out to develop a robust solution tailored to the unique challenges of the African market.

In 2019, Thinkadam was established.

 

Our first solution, Pay-Guard, significantly reduced payment defaults and increased contract fulfilment, with phone repayment defaults dropping from over 30% to less than 8%. These impressive results quickly attracted attention, prompting other organizations to adopt our solution.

As we expanded into larger mobile network operators, our technology evolved. Today, we offer a diverse portfolio of over six solutions that address critical challenges in the smartphone market. These include improving profitability, promoting digital inclusion, preventing theft, optimizing app management, and enhancing productivity and customer loyalty.
