Factory Reset Over the Air: Thinkadam facilitates secure factory resets over the air, safeguarding sensitive data. When a contract concludes, we offer the capability to remove Thinkadam from a device without compromising the customer's valuable data or information.
Manage network locking devices (coming soon): Our network locking firmware is designed for the exclusive use of MNOs and OEMs. It works by utilising the MNO's MCC and MNC codes and prompts users to return or replace the network SIM card in one of the SIM slots through a lock screen message.
Thinkadam works with ALL smartphones running Android 7 and above. Compatibility was tested on over 1,489 models. Thinkadam is not compatible with iPhones.
We recommend using the QR code method. You can find this unique QR code on your organisation's Thinkadam dashboard and can also print it out. Access the dashboard, generate the QR code, and follow the simple installation steps.
